Impossible to get promoted, even when you go through the process. They bait and switch you with promises of a promotion that never materialize. Can't tell if it was me, the team, management, HR or the entire company but I spent about 5 years trying to solve this puzzle and never got anywhere. When I left in frustration they came up with more money and title but too little, too late.
